European Nations Championship group stage has ended already and four teams will this weekend play the finals at Games Convention in Leipzig, Germany.

The European nations have been fighting for the 4 spots at the 2008 finals. Sweden, Denmark, Germany and France qualified in the first place, but as France was unable to attend, Spain replaced them. Both Sweden and Denmark come from the group stage without a loss, which would be putting these two as the candidates to walk away with the gold.

Last season’s winners from Poland did not make the cut this year. Last season Germany faced the Poles in the final and the home-crowd once again have a vital factor to carry this team to the final? First up is Sweden, can the Germans get a victory this time. Last time the two meet, Sweden secured a 2-1 win.

Denmark will be up against Spain. Denmark defeated the defending champions from Poland in the group stage but can they stop the Spanish powerhouse, or will the Spanish team surprise?
